Troubleshooting File Drop Automation

There are a number of different components that must be configured and working properly in order for File Drop Automation to receive and process print jobs effectively.

If any of these components encounter a configuration issue, the system will stop working. Fortunately, we have an effective way to troubleshoot and identify where the issues are.

Core components to a File Drop Automation system:
Source - this is the system that you are sending the print jobs from (IE = LIS, ERP, CRM, IMS, etc)

  1. Source - System you send the print jobs from
  2. Middleware - QRlogix Software
  3. Microsoft Services App
  4. Printer driver and connection
  5. Printer
