FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. Do I need to export my Retail ID's from Metrc as a CSV or Excel file, then import them into QRlogix Software?

No! Not unless you want a far less efficient way to print. Instead, you just select the package and click Print!

2. Is it possible to automatically capture Metrc data so we don't have to manually type it in?

Yes. Templates downloaded from the Template Gallery are already pre-mapped with ALL the data shown on the label, including lab test data, cannabinoids, company information, and much more. You can easily add additional Metrc data such as Terpenes, etc. 

3. If we need a template and I cannot find anything close in the template gallery, can QRlogix build a template for me? 

Yes. We can assist with template design. Let us know what you need.

4. When I add lab test data for a specific test, no data is pulled from Metrc. How can I access that data in my QRlogix templates?

In order to receive Metrc lab test data, or any mapped Metrc data, the product, and in this case the lab test data must be updated in the product in Metrc in order to receive the test data in QRlogix Software. To proceed, find that product in Metrc and update the specific lab test data you want to print on the labels. Once updated, that data will be accessible in you QRlogix templates.
